This motif depicts Banyumas
natural resource richness that
centred in Serayu river, the biggest
river in Central Java province. This
river is a source of income for
many Banyumas people, whether
for sand mining or source of
agricultural irrigation.
This motif portrays the river
ecosystem that consists of fishes,
worms, moss and nearby
agricultural land that filled with
plants, grasses, and flowers. The
zig-zag pattern makes this motif a
supple choice for clothing.
